Hi, my name is Jim Young and I want to be radically honest with you.  

I have bad genetics and put weight on very easily.  In fact, I can remember when I really let
myself go.  Like the time I went to the mall to find a pair of pants.  I grabbed this nice pair of
slacks, tried to squeeze into them, and the zipper broke.  DAMN!  That was embarrassing!  
Good thing there was nobody in the changing room with me.

If that wasn't bad enough, I turned to look in the mirror and then it hit me.  I couldn't believe
that I had let myself go like this.  

Over the next several weeks I had gotten pretty down on my self.

After a while I had decided to just give up and accept that this is the body I am stuck with
from the rest of my life.

This is when I decided that I would go to college and study biology, nutrition, and exercise
physiology.  After years of hard studying, I found my answer!  I spent the next year
researching and developing my program to implement not only the science, but real world
practice.  My hard work had paid off and I haven't looked back since.

But first, I must point out one obvious thing.  My program does not have magical fat melting
properties, even though it seems as though it does.

I know that there are a lot of choices here in Grand Rapids, but I can assure you that none of
them have the background and diligence like I do.
