I have been in the health and fitness realm for almost 8 years now. It has
definitely been an interesting journey, but one of my first lessons was if health is
not practical, people will not follow it.  So I have based my whole education on
studying exercise physiology and psychology. Currently, I have a B.S. in
Exercise Science from Western Michigan University with minors in philosophy
and psychology. In the near future I will be pursuing a Masters in Exercise
Physiology while finishing my B.S. in Psychology. I am also currently certified as
a personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine.

It has been said that my methods are a bit unorthodox, but sometimes those
methods are the only methods that get the job done. Waking each morning, I try
to take on the role of a researcher. Looking for new ways to approach the same
old things, while making them more effective. With mounds of college texts and
tons of research articles at my finger tips, I am slowly piecing together simple
strategic methods that anyone can use to help them get into better physical
condition. Through behavior modification, changes in exercise, and simple
alterations in food choices you will be amazed at how you feel if you stick with it.
